Festival Volunteers
Over 500 caring volunteers from the Baltimore community assist with the Festival of Trees. Volunteers are needed for almost every area of the Festival. If you are interested in volunteering, please download and fill out a volunteer registration form then either fax it to (410) 255-1037 or mail it to:

Volunteers are needed to:
- Distribute programs and take tickets
- Oversee kids craft area
- Assist in kids interactive amusement area
- Take tickets at all the rides
- Be one of Santa’s helpers
- And many more jobs…
Available volunteer shifts during Festival of Trees:
- Friday, November 26
- 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
- 12:15 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
- 4:45 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday, November 27
- 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
- 1:15 p.m. until 5:15 p.m.
- 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
- Sunday, November 28
- 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
- 1:15 p.m. until 6:15 p.m.
Volunteers are also needed during set-up (November 19–24) and break down (November 28 – November 29).
